From a locums perspective, no call
meant no overtime, so for me that was a
negative. Also, it is a doc shop, and though
they were VERY nice, you were pretty heavily
supervised. (They let me intubate.) :\ Great
hospital, great people, beautiful location. If
you enjoy or require doc supervision and want
your evenings free, you'll love
it!
